RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
United Kingdom — statutory cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel your order within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receive the item, for any reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will refund all payments received, including the cost of our standard delivery where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving evidence that it has been sent back. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
Who pays return postage
- Change of mind: return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Item not as described, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent: we pay return postage and refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email us at coconutjuice.775@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Condition of returned items
Cards must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in protective packaging. Graded cards must be returned in their original sealed holder, with the certification number intact.
Return shipping
For your protection, please use a tracked service and keep proof of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where a refund is due, we issue it within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving evidence that it has been sent back.
The exact item pictured
Every card is photographed individually and you receive the exact card shown. If you believe the item you received differs from the photographs, contact us and we will pay return postage and refund you in full.
