Where we ship
United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand.
Cost
Free on all orders. There is no minimum order value.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday (excluding Japanese public holidays).
Delivery time
Tracked airmail from Japan. Typical delivery is 10–16 days after dispatch (calendar days, not business days). Customs clearance can add further time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order.
Packaging
Cards are shipped in a protective sleeve and a rigid holder.
Duties and import taxes
Duties, import taxes and customs handling charges are NOT collected at checkout. They may be charged by the authorities in your country when the parcel arrives, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
Customs declarations
We declare the full value of every parcel and describe the contents accurately. We cannot mark orders as "gift" or declare a lower value. This is required by Japanese and international postal regulations.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
