Every card is photographed individually. For graded cards, the certification
number visible in the photos is the card you will receive.
Shipping
Free tracked airmail from Japan to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
Estimated delivery: 10–16 days after dispatch (calendar days).
Customs clearance may add further time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Cards are shipped in a protective sleeve and rigid holder.
Duties and import charges are not collected at checkout. They may be
assessed by the destination authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Any tax we are
required to collect will be shown separately or included in the displayed price.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Change of mind: return postage is paid by the buyer.
Not as described, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent:
we pay return postage and refund in full.
For your protection, please use tracked shipping and keep proof of posting.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
United Kingdom statutory cancellation right
If you are a UK consumer, you may cancel your order within
14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the item.
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, and return the item within 14 days of telling us.
We will refund all payments received, including the cost of our standard delivery where
applicable, within 14 days of receiving the item back or evidence that it has been sent back.
For change-of-mind returns you pay return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
